Wouldn’t it be nice if you were able to lose weight even if you eat what you want? This is the dream of all those dieters out there who wish that they wouldn’t need to starve themselves just to lose a few pounds. This is especially true for the people who are used to eating every chance they get and had to stop their cravings because of their diet. You might say that if this were to happen then more people might be encouraged to lose weight since they’d be able to get the best of both worlds.
Although there isn’t a program that will totally let you eat what you want, there’s one that does come close. That’s the Six Week Body Makeover from www.bodymakeovers.com, a healthy weight loss program that lets you eat six to seven times a day and still make you lose weight at an amazing rate. There may be a question in your mind that if eating makes you gain weight then how can it help you lose weight? The answer lies in the fact that majority of the time, people who are overweight or obese eat more than what they need, and they eat foods that contain more “nutrients” than what their body can utilize in between meals, thus the body stores them as fat and they gain weight.
The Six Week Body Makeovers aids this by splitting your meals into more times in a day, but the important part of the program is that they give you a menu of the foods you should be eating, foods that are filling but are healthy and can aid in speeding your metabolism to burn off your stored fats and turn them into energy. People who have stuck with the program showed amazing results, from people who lost 10 pounds in a week to people who lost 80 pounds in for months. The general conclusion is that the system works, people lose weight when they use it and they don’t experience hunger pangs during the whole experience. If you want more information on the Six Week Body Makeover, I suggest you visit their website at www.bodymakeovers.com and start eating to weight loss today.

How to lose weight going from a raw vegan diet to a meat eating diet?
I was recently put on a high protein- meat eating diet because of my Anemia.
I am afraid I will be gaining weight since I had been a raw vegan for several months prior. I don’t know how to control this fear; my entire day revolves around the calorie intake I take in now, and if it has fat, sugar, and what not. It’s really frustrating.
Can someone give me some healthy eating tips eating normal food? So I can still lose weight?
How often should I eat?
Thanks for the help!
Eat less work out more

You must know that you can get iron and protein from vegetable sources. I cant imagine why you would go from raw to meat. Why didnt you just go vegetarian and eat vegetables rich in iron? Why did you not just take vegetarian supplements?

If you don’t eat sugars and carbs you will not gain wieght, you will probably loose. Eat lean meat and vegetables (leafy ones, not starchy ones). Take a fiber supplement if you get constipated and you will loose weight.

If you’ve not started yet, be prepared to get sick! You can eat the same as you have just throw in some chicken breast, or some steak. (also concider protien powders – they might help without a bunch of meat).
But, it sounds like you were using your vegan diet to mask an eating dissorder. You may want to check that out too.
