i eat once a day , so how many fruits and vegetables can i eat to lose weight?
count calories to loose weight! tomato has about 40, apple has about 70, avocado has about 300, etc. (google them up and see how many each fruit contains)! It’s not the veggies or fruit that make you loose weight. every thing has calories. the only reason why people loose weight eating them though, is the fact that they had been eating other things like burgers, etc that has much much more calories. eating fishing, nuts, fruit, vegetables, etc…anything that is healthy will help you loose weight if you’ve been eating horribly and can maintain the healthy weight. so just count calories. depending on how old and what gender you are, you have a specific weight to be at.
It has less to do with what you eat than how many calories you take in. If you want to lose weight you are going about it in a horrible fashion and possibly hurting your metabolism.

One loses weight by consuming less daily calories than usual. So counting calories and exercising – if only speed walking is a must. From a personal successful fruit and vegetable diet while on holiday a while back, I did not count servings – but ate a bit whenever hungry..I drank water continually and walked non- stop. The water cut my appetite, my yearning for milk and coffee and the walking had me on a perpetual "high" so that I was in an extremely good mood and had never felt so vital in my life. I lost the weight, strangers wanted the name of my hairdresser and younger guys flirted. I swear, it was amazing – I don’t know of anyone else who’s ever done this- so can only say that for me, for 7 weeks if was more than I expected. I mean – even my hair looked good!
