    i used to weigh 270. currently at 185. been maintaining for months now. i need to get more off. i don’t look bad, i am fine with my appearance really, but i know i have more fat % that i need to get off of me. and i have type 2 diabetes now, so it’ll help to get it off. i’ve quit using my scale though. it’s been me off. and the number shouldn’t matter anyway. but if you need a little extra inspiration, i have before and during pics on my facebook. audrey finney good luck. you can DO it!
