one bad meal a week won’t do anything. but eating smaller portions of unhealthy foods like that whenever you crave it is best so that you don’t over indulge regularly. also, what i do when i want a cheeseburger is just take off one or both of the buns and eat it with a fork and knife. this cuts down a lot of calories as buns have anywhere from 100 to 300 calories.

Yes, but it will just take you longer to lose the weight because you are adding more calories with that crap meal.
Your best bet for losing weight is not to any any crap meals at all, be it once big one a week, or smaller ones throughout the week. Calories are calories, and that’s what hinders weight loss.
