hmm.. not a specific diet, but just count your calories. Eat only 1200 calories a day. I’ve lost 5 pounds in a week counting calories.
Those fad diets don’t work. Just be wise about your food choices. Hell if you’re that desperate i bet eating carrots and celery for a week could lose you some pounds!

Losing weight is all about managing your total activities.
Decrease your input (calories) and increase your output(exercise).
Compare your calories when you are eating and always choose the lesser one. Start walking slowly and not very far and after one week increase slowly increase to run and walk and then after 3 weeks start light jogging.
