I need to lose weight i cant take weight loss pills because of my sport and i cant stand being around the skinny kids of my grade yeah yeah i know " your body’s perfect the way it is blah blah" seriously man
I been going through the same thing!
And I got sick of people telling me that your perfect the way you are shit. Seruisly…if I feel like crap about myself then no I’m not perfect!
I suggest what I did!
Start making your own meals. Baked chicken and steamed fish are easy and not messy to make. Also trow some veggies in a pan with 2 cups of water and boil them then just let me brown up in the pan a bit and you can also add a little lemon juice or pepper to eat!
Try to maybe eat 2 times a day. Around 10am and 5pm.
Stick to fruits for stacks! Veggies get boring!
And have some fruit yogurt around too.
Dried cranberries are Awsome too.
Walk about an hour a day.
It’s been about 1 month for me and I dropped 5 pounds. It takes a while but it’s healthy and long term!
