recently gained weight not to much just a few pounds. What’s a good way of eating REAL food (not diet plan stuff) to loose weight quick?

Three meals a day and two snaks inbetween, Not eating can make you gain weight because your body will store all the fat it can since its not getting enough food. Things like chicken and turkey have are great sources of protien which is what you need but they are low in fat and they are very healthy. Try to stay away from any beef, or pork. So no steaks, no ham, no bacon (although you could have lean turkey bacon) And the fruits and veggies are obviously important. Plenty of colourful veggies, carrots, romaine lettuce (cesar salad, but stay away from the dressing, its supper fatty) brocolli, tomatoes, and so on. Grain are also important, wild rice, brown rice, (no white rice, its way to starchy) black beans are super good for you and you can make a really yummy black bean salad with cubes of turkey bacon and some radishes and more. And fruit smothies are soo good and surprisingly filling, some good lowfat yogurt, some frozen fruits (berries have tons of antioxidants) and some real fruit juice and your done. Salty foods make you retain water which will make you look bigger and make you weight more. Although drinking tons of water is great for you and its flushes out any toxins in your body. Water can help speed up loosing weight too. And drinking lots of water is great for your skin too and can help rid you of acne. So its totally possible to loose weight without starving yourself and without eating gross diet foods. There are tons of healthy low fat foods out there that are actually very very tasty. I was a vegetarian for a year before so i had no meat and no eggs and no fish and found tons of tasty recipees that were very healthy. Oh and some fish can be healthy for you too, although some are very fatty.
