So over the last two and a half years i’ve lost a little over 100 pounds. My loss, speedy at fist, has dwindled and now I just maintain the same weight. I yo-yoed 20 pounds for a while but now I’m at a constant 203. I’m 5’8 and 16 years old, I’m what I consider to be extremely active I run between 4-8 miles a day with kickboxing, dance, and swimming all once a week, and regular strength training. I’m a vegetarian who eats mostly fresh fruits and vegetables, lean low fat cottage cheese, hummus, whole grain bran bread, granola kashi fiber one or special K bars, and smart ones pasta meals, I occasionaly ( one of the fallowing twice a week?) eat one serving of tortilla chips, all natural peanut butter, or yogurt, fruit and ice smoothie (dont drink soda or sugary drinks or eat any junk/fast food). I tried south beach and currently track points on weight watchers but I still look to lose around 30 pounds and I’ve only maintained weight since about november. I’ve tried revamping my diet, renewing my excersize schedule, eleminating sodium, and even diet pills. I can not lose more weight! What should I do?
