i heard fiber is good for weight loss– is that true? and i dont mean that it keeps you full or whatever, i mean does it act as a laxative or anything? to help the food digest and get out faster and cause you to lose weight? like, is metamucil any good for a natural laxative? thanx
its just a fiber – you might as well get it from more beneficial sources like fruit and veggies
if i completely cut down on bad carbohydrates exercise every other day and drink lots of water. im not over weight im just right but want to lose half a stone if i do this for a month how much weight loss would en-cure.
