I tried out everything to lose weight, and nothing worked until I tried out acai berry. I AM NOT GOING TO DO THIS!!! My friend is because she thinks she can lose fat fast and i told her it will all be water weight.

A long time, since when you stop eating, your body shuts down to preserve and protect itself, and will burn muscle tissue first.
What are some good basic healthy foods that i can eat and still get all the right nutrients, and lose weight?
To assist with the exercise im already doing
-strawberries.
-eggs with ham
-chicken quesadilla [flour tortilla, shredded cheese, and cut up chicken breast] it has soo much protein in it, and it will help burn calories]
-canned soup like campbells
-grapes
-baby carrots
-cereal
-sandwiches..
-orange juice
to get enough nutrition, you should buy vitamin pills. i take one-a-day womens vitamins. they have so much iron, vitamin c, vitamin d, etc. [ you are suppose to take one every day, but i actually just take one, every other day]
i lost about 20 lbs by eating this kinda food. plus lots of exercise.
I know its not smart to wanna loose weight quickly.
But I want a detox that wont make me loose just water weight.
Garbage bag runs, zero water intake, make someone white the sweat off after, sit in a sauna with the garbage bags wrapped around your body, do not take shower during this period due to water absorption through the pores. This is essentially what boxers do to drop to the required weight for weigh in if they still don’t meet the requirement.
Well, today I just bought some workout DVD’s (Kathy Smith’s Peel Off The Pounds & The 45 Minute Walk), and I’m questioning about my diet. Are there any ones that worked for you?! I’m trying to lose weight before school (August 18th). Are there any diets that work, I’m talkin’ about 5-10 lbs. I’m 13, 5’6 1/2", and I weigh 150. I have a little excess weight in my stomach, upper back, & thighs. Any exercising & dieting suggestions?! 10 points most detailed, best answer.
