WORKOUT DETAILS:
I took the Karate Kid concept and applied it to chores moms and dads have to do around the house everyday, turning those moves into an awesome full body strength circuit.
Perform each full round of 5 exercises 3 times for the complete workout.
- the laundry basket: 15-20 reps
- load the dishwasher: 10-15 reps each side with dumbbell or exercise ball
- soccer mom carpool: one minute with dumbbell or exercise ball
- keep away candy: 20 reps with two dumbbells
- pick up toys: 10-12 reps on each leg with or without dumbbell

Picture this: It’s 11PM, I’m snuggled up with Mr. Borucki watching Band of Brothers in my pajamas, I check into YouTube to respond to a couple questions, and I find that I’ve been tagged. This is a workout that I designed to be done first thing in the morning as a “wake-up” routine. I made this video on an early Saturday morning in my dining room… you can see the morning sun streaming through my window onto the floor
If you run through all 7 exercises two times, you can complete the workout in about 15 minutes. I call it my pajama party workout… it requires NO equipment and can be done in your bedroom as soon as you get out of bed. Rise and shine!!
