Hi I’m Melissa!
I’m 22 years old and from sunny Queensland Australia.
I started my weight loss website around three and a half years ago and have been posting celebrity diet/exercise regimes and trialling different diets.
I have tried Hoodia, The Mastercleanse (I don’t recommend it, it was so hard!), Acai Berry Supplements and others!

If I ever try out a diet program it’s always something that is available worldwide. That way, if you want to try it to you can easily access it. Whether it be diet pills, a popular book etc.

I’ve recently been overseas on holidays for five weeks so unfortunately gained a few kgs. I thought that this would be the perfect time to try out a healthy diet plan to get back on track.

My plan with the Diet Solution is to do cardio and weights 6 days a week and have one day off. It’s currently winter here so it’s extra hard to be motivated!

This video is just showing you a few of the things I bought for the Diet Solution Progam. I have other food already in my cupboard that I will also be eating. The recipe book that you can purchase additionally to the book is fantastic! I’ll be making the vegetarian dhal and shepherds pie so stay tuned!

Smart snacking instead of munching on preprocessed food may support you stay healthy and fit.
