This program, which is known also as the Power 90 Extreme, is a home exercise (more aptly a home boot camp) program that is guaranteed to get results. It comes from a proven history and background of knowledgeable and successful physical trainers. It uses a new concept called muscle confusion in order to get results quickly and efficiently.
